My room was chilly. It did not have an iron and iron board. The office opened only at 7:00 am and the food wasn't served until 7:30 am - too late for me since I had to leave early to get to my next destination on time.

The site is nice. But the next American Shop is several miles away.
The whole night there was a lot of noise of trains going by near, using their horns like mad.

The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Bathroom in a state of disrepair and there was also a problem with the key card for my door. Also, please, please, please - sweep under the bed!!

This was the most disappointing hotel stay in my many years of traveling around the world. No one was there when we arrived at 4pm, The hotel is dingy, with broken furniture along the parking area. There was little to no food for breakfast until we asked. We paid more than my friend staying at a lovely hotel in a much better location for the same one night stay.

It was the worst place I've ever stayed. And not cheep. Tried to find another place once we got there, everything was booked. The front desk guys were very nice. Not much they could do with the hotel in such bad shape.

The plasma TV.
Highly expensive for what they offer. Very smal rooms. Breakfast area is ridiculous. I ordered 2 double bed rooms and I only got one and a single room so it was very inconvenient. It was definitely not worth almost 200 dollars a night per room. Very dissapointing. Never going back or recommending.

Our electricity went out at 11 o clock at night. In the morning our hot water didn't work properly so I was unable to shower before attending my daughter's graduation. Had to leave early in the morning so had no time to complain or get anything fixed.

location
room was hot. Heat from a pilot light heated the room to 80 degrees. No air conditioning. Could not open the window for safety reasons. Staff put a fan in the room which did not help.We did not sleep because of the horrilbe heat. I will not use this site again.

I think this motel should change its name to Motel 6. Nah, it is worse than motel 6. I don't think motel 6 (or any motel) use duck tape to hold up the toilet tissue holder!! I should have taken a picture to prove it. I can't believe this place even exist in Santa Barbara.

Alyssa at the desk was very helpful and cool, easy check in and out. Good breakfast.
Bathroom was a little out of date and old, but not dirty. Need to spruce up bathrooms.
